The Training Center of Gia An 115 Hospital has the following functions and responsibilities:

Organize training and education for healthcare professionals through various methods, including:

Continuous medical education by offering short-term training courses for medical practitioners.

Serving as a practical training facility for universities, colleges, and medical training institutions.

Providing practical training for recent graduates seeking to obtain medical practice licenses.

Collaborate with domestic and international organizations to develop programs, materials, and continuous education initiatives. This includes organizing seminars and professional conferences.

Receive international students, interns, and researchers for study and research at the hospital.

Research and develop training programs that meet practical needs.

Carry out additional functions and responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Members, in accordance with hospital regulations and relevant legal provisions.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ENROLLMENT IN TRAINING COURSES

CONTINUOUS TRAINING COURSE

"SAFE INTRAVENOUS THERAPY"

Target Participants: Nurses and midwives with at least a secondary level of education, currently working in or outside healthcare facilities.

Training Program:

- Duration: 40 hours, including 20 hours of theory and 20 hours of practical training.

- Based on the continuous education material “Safe Intravenous Therapy” issued by the Vietnam Nursing Association on June 14, 2023, under Decision No. 62/QĐ-K2ĐT by the Department of Science, Technology, and Training.

Class Organization and Venue:

- Theory (Theory: 90 – 100 participants per class): Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 16:00 at the Diamond Hall - 10th Floor, Gia An 115 Hospital.

- Practical (Groups of 20 – 35 participants per group):13:00 to 16:00 at the Lab Room / Clinical Department of Gia An 115 Hospital (Neurology and Stroke Department, Internal Medicine Department, Surgery Department, Intensive Care and Poison Control Department, Anesthesia and Resuscitation Department).

Mode of Instruction: In-person.

Course Schedule:

- Course Duration: From August 2024 to August 2025.

- Opening Ceremony: Expected at 14:00 on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.

Certificate: At the end of the course, participants who complete the program and meet the requirements will receive a certificate of participation in the continuous training course “Safe Intravenous Therapy” from Gia An 115 Hospital.
